ENROLL IN 3 STEPS:
STEP 1 – Visit our website, select the program and complete the required documents from the appropriate checklist below. You can also request to receive an information package by mail.

___ FINANCIAL AGREEMENT SIGNED
STEP 2 – When you are ready to enroll, simply complete the required forms and e-mail your documents to: firstname.lastname@example.org or fax your documents to: 1 954 970-6922
STEP 3 – As soon your enrollment form is processed, you will receive your StudentID Number. You will need to use your Student ID Number if you wish to access your initial study materials online.
Now that you have confirmed the completion of your enrollment process, here are a few tips:
- Keeping in touch with your teachers will ensure a great experience at IPS Virtual.
- Checking your grades on a regular basis will keep you informed of your academic progress.
- Feel free to call and speak to our advisors whenever you need help; they’re here for you.
- Keep an eye on your attendance, as it is a requirement for our courses.
- On weekends and holidays, you can e-mail us or leave a message and your call will be answered the next business day.
IPS Virtual is open for business any weekday during the year with the exception of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), and Christmas Day.
