Also adores playing with his dog and best friend, has an infatuation for old vintage cars, and can play the trombone like a rockstar.

Diane Austin has more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal with extensive experience performing legal research and skip tracing. She has her paralegal certificate from Duke University.  She also has recent certifications in project management, internet marketing, social media marketing and social media management.  She brings a substantial array of support skills such as Microsoft, Salesforce (CRM), QuickBooks, Clio, and Google Suite.  She has experience working in multiple areas of law including bankruptcy, real estate, litigation, estate planning, family law, employment and labor law, corporate, intellectual property and trademark, worker’s compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice.

Len Bzura graduated Kean University in 1975, Magna Cum Laude, with a BA degree in History and teaching certification. He immediately began attending Rutgers Law School, Newark earning a JD degree, Cum Laude, in 1978.

After practicing law for over 22 years with an emphasis on Civil and Criminal Litigation, he formed Litigation Support Services, offering consulting services for law firms and businesses, in his chosen field, for 19 years, at which time he turned his business operations over to his son and daughter.

Mr. Bzura, in 2022 became affiliated with Intrepid Paralegal Services, in their IPS Virtual ventures, presently in the management level position of Director of Professional Practices and Standards, where he continues to bring his long history of litigation expertise to the role.

I strive to portray the company’s values, create brand awareness, manage social media, develop effective messaging and communication strategies, and build external and internal relationships within the company. As well as perform all assigned paralegal duties and tasks effectively and efficiently while using and implementing any and all programs and resources provided to me by IPS.

Also, I aim grow brand awareness, obtain more customers and legal counsel contracts, encourage a collaborative community within the company, create a “Team” mentality, nurture shared visions and personal goals among contracting paralegals, and motivate paralegal contractors to maintain a positive outlook and mindset while performing their work objectives. And, lastly, obtain justice for clients to the highest potential standard.

Sharon has diverse experience in customer service including, but not limited to, nannying, customer service in a corporate chain, esthetics in a studio and therapy provider in skilled nursing/acute care facilities in PA, MD, MT and OR.  She holds an Associate of Science degree specializing in Occupational Therapy and has a Certification/License in Esthetics. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, outdoor activities, reading, fitness and creativity through various medium styles.

In her role at IPS as an Integration Specialist, Attorney Liaison, and Director of the Integration Unit, Menna is dedicated to enhancing the synergy between legal support and client needs. Her passion lies in delivering an exceptional client experience, characterized by integrity, transparency, and empathy.

With a focus on effective communication and advocacy, she strives to ensure that clients receive the highest level of assistance throughout their legal journeys. Menna studied Political Science with a concentration in Sociology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Legal Studies, demonstrating her commitment to deepening her expertise and improving the integration of legal services to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.”

Sherry Wilson is a paralegal with 25+ years of experience, skilled in the organization and analysis of legal documentation, and well-versed in legal procedures.  Adept in drafting documents, e-filing motions and pleadings, and interviewing clients.  Expert ability to effectively assist in trial preparation, hearings, and closings.  Bringing forth a hardworking attitude and eagerness to provide professional, quality legal support.  Sherry is a certified Mediator and a former multiple-location business owner.

Jamie Harmon attended Williams Baptist College to study Religious Education. After college, he worked in social services, public interest, and nonprofit work before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. He then worked as an attorney for ten years before moving into the Learning & Development field. For the past 12 years, he has overseen the new hire training and professional development of over 10,000 individuals and has worked closely with Fortune 100 clients and internal teams to improve new hire and developmental training programs.

As an Intake Specialist fluent in both English and Spanish, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients from diverse backgrounds. With strong communication skills and a compassionate approach, I ensure that each client feels understood and supported throughout their intake process. My expertise in handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism allows me to effectively assess and address client needs, facilitating smooth transitions and access to necessary services. Whether working with individuals or families, my goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

Mason Richmond is a passionate social media content creator at Intrepid Paralegal Solutions, dedicated to bridging the gap between legal expertise and accessible information. With a keen understanding of the legal landscape, she crafts engaging content that informs and empowers clients. Her creative approach combines storytelling with legal insights, making complex concepts relatable. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new trends in digital marketing and staying connected with the legal community.

CDC Trained and Certified in all phases of Disease Eradication, Outbreak Management, NHANES Study and Documentation-digitalizing that material on a continual basis. Taught modalities in Continuum of Care, from Diagnoses to follow-up. B. S. Pub Adm-Wheeling Jesuit University; M. S. Pub Health—Began at Johns Hopkins Univ. Completed Online with 37 years’ experience.

While endeavoring in said capacity, I was invited to join the Board of Directors at Community Networks Inc. a 501 C(3) Corporation Dedicated to eradicating Hunger-Food Pantry and Kitchen, Homelessness, Providing Safe Haven for the Battered Victims of Domestic Violence, Referring Hopelessly Addicted substance abusers for Comprehensive Management, and my expertise was used in Reformulating the HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS) Program at CNI.

CNI had begun planning and framing Hope Center-a comprehensive response to Joblessness and Homelessness. It became my Job to completely Infrastructure and finish overall construction of the 11 Apartments and Admin accommodations using HHS-Housing Development Funding and excess TANF funds. We came in Way under Budget AND procured beyond State of the Art IT at all phases, the program is still Flourishing today. I have references to back this up. I didn’t sleep much.

I currently sing Bass on our Praise Team at Church. Play Bass Guitar. Build Workstations. Do all sorts of Hardware repairs. Exercise and walk. I have Four outstanding children and Nine Grandchildren. I’m active as President of the Hagerstown TEA party Inc. LLC whose mission is stressing Constitutional Values, Principles and reaching out to young students who are no longer taught these Civics lessons in the Public Schools.

Karen has a bachelor’s degree in education. She taught in an elementary school in Hoboken, NJ for 12 years. She then moved to New York State where she taught GED to inmates in the New York State Corrections System for 5 years.

Karen decided to leave the educational sector and pursue her dream of working in the legal field. She attended Bryant & Stratton College in the Paralegal Studies program. She has been a paralegal for 26 years with experience in Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Probate, Landlord-Tenant, Matrimonial Law, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Immigration, and Personal Injury Litigation.

She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel. She has experience in case management software such as Time Matters, Clio, and Zoho Projects. She is also proficient in e-filing in state courts, surrogate courts, New York State Court of Claims, as well as PACER. She has conducted legal research using Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw and CaseText.

Karen enjoys traveling, playing guitar and violin for her church, and spending time with her husband, dog (Gigi), family and friends.

Christopher Stott initially studied concert piano and music composition. Following this, he worked as a legislative assistant in both chambers of the Maryland General Assembly prior to attending law school. Since then, he has worked at several firms in Maryland as well as the United States Department of Justice and United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.

Amanda Wadas is an accomplished paralegal with over 18 years of experience in the legal field. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, she earned her associate degree in paralegal studies from Hillsborough Community College before making Knoxville, Tennessee, her home. Her expertise spans a range of legal areas, including family law, wills, trusts, bankruptcy, foreclosure, personal injury, and criminal law.

Amanda has provided vital support in both civil and criminal matters, working on cases in state and federal courts. Her extensive trial experience includes organizing discovery, drafting pleadings, preparing witnesses, and managing exhibits. She is well-versed in trial preparation, coordinating every detail from depositions to courtroom presentations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

In civil cases, Amanda has successfully handled complex personal injury and multi-party litigation, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are accurate. In criminal cases, she has been instrumental in providing key legal research, document preparation, and support during court proceedings. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and anticipate attorneys’ needs makes her a trusted asset in the courtroom.

Outside of her professional life, Amanda is a dedicated wife to Edward and proud mom to three children. Reese, a champion all-star cheerleader with a competitive spirit, brings determination and energy to the family, while Paige and Luke keep life exciting with their endless curiosity and adventurous nature.

I have been working in the legal field for nearly 20 years. I began my career as a litigation paralegal at multiple international law firms in Boston as well as the Department of Justice. The experience of working on matters of varied complexity and size drove my passion for the law and a desire to help clients achieve access to justice, and eventually led me to law school where I had the opportunity to expand on my knowledge and skills.

My main practice areas have included litigation, healthcare, and probate law. I am lucky to have had the opportunity to participate in numerous trials in state and federal court.

I have a BA from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, an MA in American Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School I’m currently licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, and Texas.

In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, skiing and reading anything related to history. I have called New England my home for my entire life and love the area. I’m close with my family and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible.

I’m from Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/ Pre Law. I worked 4 years with the Shreveport Police Department where I performed patrol, investigative work, and undercover stings. I have served nine years now with the Army Reserves JAG Corp as a paralegal. I gained experience in criminal defense, family law, successions, Expungements, and personal injuries. I look forward to continuing to serve my country and many communities with my talents.
