Harold F Hains III
Virtual Paralegal

I have been a paralegal for over 30 years helping pro se litigants maneuver complicated legal issues and thrive on working on complex cases under extreme circumstances.  Working on challenging issues has allowed me to learn techniques in litigation to solve problems from different perspectives. During the time that I am helping someone, I think that it is critical for me to not just solve the problems but to educate the people that I am helping to learn what the law is regarding their issue and how to implement it.  Teaching someone allows them to make the informed decisions about what it is I am to do form them; this is critical to a client and paralegal relationship where paralegals are not permitted to give legal advice as to what a client is to do to solve their problem but are allowed to act in accordance with client instructions as to what research is to be done or documents are to be drafted.

Although, having received specialized training in Civil Litigation, I have experience in dealing with issues in other fields such as Family, Immigration, Criminal, Administrative Procedure, and Non-Profit Organizations.

I am married to a loving wife that supports my desire to help people with legal needs and the Non-Profit Organization I am charged with running: Renew Foundation USA, Inc. (renewfoundationusainc.org). Other projects that she supports is my working on and writing a self-help manual for pro se litigants that are currently “justice involved” and my desire to help homeless people.
