After working as a paralegal for small town attorneys focused on family and criminal law for six years, I was blessed to have found Intrepid Paralegal Solutions. Family law has always been my calling and I have recently found myself working full time as a bankruptcy paralegal as well in rural Indiana. I am a mom to four incredible children, and I have a wonderful and supportive husband. In my free time I enjoy being surrounded by my family and I enjoy art, music, and reading.
I have been a paralegal for over 30 years helping pro se litigants maneuver complicated legal issues and thrive on working on complex cases under extreme circumstances. Working on challenging issues has allowed me to learn techniques in litigation to solve problems from different perspectives. During the time that I am helping someone, I think that it is critical for me to not just solve the problems but to educate the people that I am helping to learn what the law is regarding their issue and how to implement it. Teaching someone allows them to make the informed decisions about what it is I am to do form them; this is critical to a client and paralegal relationship where paralegals are not permitted to give legal advice as to what a client is to do to solve their problem but are allowed to act in accordance with client instructions as to what research is to be done or documents are to be drafted.
Although, having received specialized training in Civil Litigation, I have experience in dealing with issues in other fields such as Family, Immigration, Criminal, Administrative Procedure, and Non-Profit Organizations.
I am married to a loving wife that supports my desire to help people with legal needs and the Non-Profit Organization I am charged with running: Renew Foundation USA, Inc. (renewfoundationusainc.org). Other projects that she supports is my working on and writing a self-help manual for pro se litigants that are currently “justice involved” and my desire to help homeless people.
Passionate about bridging the gap between legal support and client needs by bringing integrity and enthusiasm to every client interaction.
Delivering exceptional client experience is to maintain accessible assistance that is transparent and empathetic. In the dynamic world of paralegal services, I stand as a reliable advocate for those seeking legal assistance as I am committed to fostering a meaningful connection and making a difference in the lives of our clients through unparalleled client integration.
